The Villa
Set within Roccamare's protected pine forest, Casa Luna is a privately-gated retreat of singular character — stone walls, travertine floors, and a seamless flow between inside and out. The main house and separate guesthouse together offer five bedrooms, a stone-pillared pergola built around a living pine tree, a roof terrace, and direct access to Roccamare's residents-only beach just seconds away.

Living & Dining
The main living space opens entirely onto the terrace through full-height sliding glass doors. Inside, mustard velvet chairs surround a round oak dining table beneath a soaring white ceiling and antique armoire. Outside, wicker loungers, an awning, and Mediterranean planting create a private garden room.
The Kitchen
A sleek dark-gloss kitchen with travertine mosaic backsplash and Smeg appliances opens directly into the dining area. Generous, well-equipped, and designed for long summer evenings with the doors wide open.
The Pergola
A long antique table sits beneath a white-beamed pergola, anchored by a living stone pine growing through the centre. By day it is set for long lunches of salads and white wine; by night, candles and geometric lanterns transform it into something truly magical.
The Terrace
The terrace faces out towards the Mediterranean, wrapped in deep wicker armchairs, a travertine coffee table and retractable awning. Just seconds on foot from the private beach, it is where Aperol Spritzes are poured as the light turns golden and the evening begins.
Sleeping
From the four-poster master with its en-suite and private terrace to the light-filled guestrooms, every bedroom is designed for deep rest in the shade of the pines.
The Bathrooms
Each of the five-and-a-half bathrooms is finished in travertine and marble mosaic — warm, luxurious, and restrained. Deep soaking baths, rainfall showers, and fine linen towels throughout.
The Roof Terrace
Reached by a corten steel staircase set against the stone wall, the roof terrace is an intimate retreat with wicker sofas, a turquoise glass lantern, and an unobstructed view across the pine canopy as the sky turns violet and gold.
The Garden
Gravel paths wind between lemon trees, lavender, rosemary and Mediterranean shrubs, all enclosed by the original stone walls. Terracotta urns, a stone fountain, and the ancient pine canopy overhead create a garden that feels entirely of this place.

Amenities
The Beach
Roccamare's residents-only beach is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on the Tuscan coast — wide, clean, and uncrowded. A private cabana awaits Casa Luna guests, and the Castiglione headland and its medieval castle form a perfect silhouette on the horizon.

The Guesthouse
The separate guesthouse has its own entrance, a serene whitewashed sitting room with sea-toned artwork, and a beautifully appointed bedroom — offering complete privacy for additional guests or staff.
Location
Roccamare sits within a protected pine forest on the Tyrrhenian coast, part of the private Castiglione della Pescaia estate. The medieval hilltop town is minutes away; the thermal baths of Saturnia, the legendary Il Pellicano in Porto Ercole, and the great wine estates of Montalcino and Montepulciano are all within easy reach.
